Is There a Safe and Effective Approach to Weight Loss ?

As time goes on it seems to be so out of control that you have to ask , "Is there a real and effective approach to weight loss lose weight ?" The question deserves a deeper look for even the term weight loss isn't what we really want . You may not believe it but have you really thought about it, weight loss? Did you ever think what those words mean together ?

What people who are overweight really hope for is reduce fat from their bodies . We don't want to lose muscle and we surely don't want to reduce the amount of bone weight we have. So the truer sense of what anyone who is overweight seeks is to get that unnecessary, bulky and unhealthy fat off their bodies. Would anyone argue that this is most accurate . So let's use the word fat instead of weight.

A closer look is also need for the word lose. We are conditioned to find anything we lose. If we lost something we we have a propensity to look for it, are grateful if someone finds it for us and returns it to the rightful owner or we are sad for it no longer being in our possession . If this wasn't true , we would have no concern for the item . So let's replace the word lose with reduce, eliminate, let go of, throw away, etc. You get the idea, I'm sure .

Let's revisit to the original thought in the title; Is There a Safe and Effective Approach to Weight Loss ? Believe it or not there is . It has already begun with the first few paragraphs . It's in reframing how we think . Not until we change the conditioned patterns of thought and behavior about food , we can then change the results we get physically about the way we use food . We as a whole have become zombie-like as to how we eat and don't even know why . There are deep underlying reasons why we abuse food . And it's simple fact we are eating in ways unnatural if we are unhealthy, overweight or obese . If we were all using food naturally and ate in a healthy manner , the combined weight in our society would drop enough to almost impact the spin of the Earth on its axis . That is an exaggeration but think just a moment about how much fat would be released if almost everyone was not overweight ? That's impressive !

Using hypnosis for weight loss, guided imagery, self hypnosis, hypnosis CDs and hypnosis sessions is becoming so much more popular for one main reason, because it works. Not until the deep emotional reasons why we use food emotionally are addressed can there be change . And it's not a mystery that conditioning is when we do something enough times that it eventually becomes automatic, subconscious. The problem is we can't engage in the behavior that will bring better results long enough for it to manifest into a habit because we are trying to do so with the same tired approach with will power, conscious force. If that was the answer no one would be fat or be embarrassed, unhealthy or harming themselves as we witness every day while spending so much money, time and emotion to simply "lose weight."

We must understand , if we are to become of a healthier mindset and emotional well being that the subconscious mind needs attention , not the body . It wasn't focusing on the body that got it fat. It was avoiding the deeper problems and/or filling emotional voids that got our collective weight to beyond that which is natural or healthy . We didn't feel fantastic, proud, confident and loved and then created bad eating habits meanwhile all along getting unhealthier. No, we turned off our attention to self and ate ourselves into this present problem , which is now called an epidemic, all because of some cause from our past . The worse part is that this approach didn't make any of us feel better . The pills and fad diets and everything else the $40 Billion weight loss industry constantly offers has proven not to work and cause even more excess weight gain over time . Use the safe, natural and proven effective approach of working with your emotions and subconscious mind to create healthy behaviors that will end this cycle of pain and physical harm .
